they obviously wanted you to pull over. they May have just wanted to talk about your car, since with that plate you are obviously an enthusiast. They may have wanted you to pull over to discuss a possible race .
its mostly likely one of those 2. they may have wanted to rob you though. you just never know these days. generally i go with my insticts. if it feels really wrong, just drive away, drive to a police station, or a very crowded place. (wallmart maybe?)
Wow, how the heck do i drive around in a Blue STI wigh gold Rims and I've only ever had 1 guy want to race me. and he was working at an oil change place. (some kit with a neon SRT-4) . i only had my car about 3 weeks or so and didn't want to risk a ticket to race a neon
even with this "Stage 3 upgrade kit " or what ever he was claiming... Maybe its the skirack i put on shortly after buying the car. ? could be that i'm in tahoe and not carson. does seem to be a ton of rice rockets down there.
