i'm not condoning street racing, or telling anyone what not to do. i'm a libertarian. everyone will have to figure out what they should/ shouldn't do as a grown adult and take responbility for all of their actions at all times.
don't know if you saw the speed channel RedLine thingy evo vs evo street race on los vegas bld. the cops shut the street down for it, security , fences, but i'm sure that's an other case where the setting is not right ? huh mr Never never ?
