Default Picking up Hitchhikers

I'de like to start a little disccusion on picking up hitch hikers.

as most of you have driven around tahoe some, i'm sure you've seen a large supluss of hitchhikers. Usually i don't pick anyone up, unless she's cute and on route to a ski resort.

but today when i was getting a sub from subway this guy came in, very disruat. aparently his grand father had just died and he had no way to get to the Y (the guy was in Sandels !?! wtf there is mad snow down) which was completly out of my way but i felt bad for him so i went ahead. so i drive all the way down to the Y and he has me make several stops so he can tell his cousins and the final house he wanted to be dropped off at, no one was home. so i ended up droping him off at the casinos.

it all seemed rather weird to me. i'm not even 100% if what he told me was true i dunno. i really didn't get a bad Vibe from him, but i was a bit nervous . he told me that 2 guys (who were infront of subway) were trying to sell him a Gun. which really didn't set my mind at ease.

but i'm safe, he got a ride around town for some 50 minutes and i get to eat my cold subway @ my desk at work, insteaed of @ home playing some colin 05 breifly.

has anyone had any really bad experiance with hitchhikers? warnings? does anyone Always pick people up ?
anywho. this was definatly an odd lunch for me .

Signed, your loving post whore
