Just left there this morning, they had this little dude on sale, jack. Just thought I'd let people know, also 5 gallon air tank $30, and Rebco Pressure gauges $20 (we used these for our racing, albeit the 0-15 psi version)

Also, Scott, here is a proficient welding "kit" 130 amps should be able to weld around 3/8" steel no problem. I would say, for-go the extras (cart and such) and just buy the one with the highest amperage while still maintaining 120v, (electricity is expensive!) You're first project should be a welder cart anyways.

One more thing, the jack was pretty low profile.
