The HF jack is definitely a better deal, that wasn't why I brought it up. A jack that has a base that doesn't need to move to lift the car was the point, because it can be used in places where you don't have a relatively smooth, flat surface. Like old driveways, the street, RFR, part of Stead's paddock, etc.

And damn, those 5 gal tanks are calling my name...
