No, those three lines are the fuel lines. All three have gasoline in them. Having taken them off and gotten soaked in fuel before, I'm sure of it. (Kids, follow the instructions, disconnect the fuel pump and run the car till it burns off all the fuel in the lines before disassembling!)

The manifold pressure line that runs to the FPR isn't visible in that picture, it comes up from under/behind the FPR in that picture.

On the LGT, if you take off the IC cowl and find the blow off valve, you can tap for boost there I believe. It should look just like the BOV on that picture of the WRX, just in a different location. I think that's where Nick and I tapped for his boost gauge.
