I have a question regarding:
What kind of an exhaust leak do you have that can limit your PSI?! Is it a hole in your manifold right above your turbo? To limit your psi, there has to be so much exhaust pressure excaping that leaves the remaining exhaust so weak that it cant spin the turbo enough to generate 11+psi. Have you ever heard an open wastegate? Does it sound anything like that? And if it did sound like that, you'd hear it... anywhere, even on a computer. I think you have another problem - not just a "leak" in your exhaust manifold. Maybe your wastegate is taking a dump

You could definately hear it. My car sounded like a volkswagon bug at idle and like a open wastegate stuck open under boost. On the video, my camera is mounted on the rear deck, so you really can't hear the leak up front over the sound coming from the muffler (remember, my car has no back seats).
I think it's just the downpipe/turbo junction leaking, since a bolt actually fell off the car there. However, I've never seen my boost limited that much from a leak after the turbo. I have seen my boost limited by header and up-pipe leaks, so I'm not ruling those out either. I'll know tonight when I finally get the car up on jack stands.
