Uf, that sucks.
I'm also sending mine to Steve's Collision. The other guy's insurance company doesn't have a prefered shop in Reno, so they said I could pick anywhere.
Also, while I was there a guy from Progressive was there, asking me who was covering this claim. He then went on to complain that all the insurance companies were stealing his good body shops.
Then I told him that I chose it based on word of mouth, and that the other guys insurance company didn't have anyone to recommend.
I ended up talking to Steve on the phone, and he was real accomodating too, with some special requests I had. We'll see how the work goes, but for the time being, I'm feeling pretty good about it.
