Um, crack open the rule book you should have purchased at the start of the season.

Basically, in Stock you can change front swaybar, shocks, brake pads and fluids, catback, and run sticky tires on stock wheels. In Street Prepared, you can do a ton of stuff... coilovers, full exhaust, bigger wheels, etc.
