Well, those wheels are too good to be true.

Even though they're the same diameter and offset as my 17x8 +45's, it looks like they're designed to be used as rear wheels only on cars that run 17x9 rear/17x8 fronts, because they won't clear my front brakes. Not only won't they clear my front brakes, I can't see how they'd clear OEM front brakes on pretty much any car.... the spokes are nearly completely flat to hub face!

So, it looks like I'm back to searching for light/affordable 17x9+45 5x114.3 wheels.

I wish those FNO1RC 5zigens weren't sold out everywhere.
