Default anti-lag

Alright guys, I want to get antilag for my car by next year. I know it has to do with engine timing at idle, so lets make it happen. Who can help me out on this one? I've read up on it and I want to be able to turn it on and off, so I can use it when I want. I also dont want it tuned too aggressive as it may destroy my turbo, however with a mild antilag I should not have any problem.
