Actually, the T-Bird would have been a sweet car all done-up. Supercharged Cobra motor, rear-end, 6-speed tranny, sways, coilovers... that would have been a sweet daily driver (as long as it never rains or snows).
I had all sorts of plans for it before I moved to Reno and realized that I would have crashed it the 1st time it snowed.
