			Actually, I was reading into it more, and it looks like Nintendo's designs are different enough to not warrant a lawsuit.  So yeah, there are more ways to do it.
 Sony's official line is something that its too expensive and it would interfere with the motion sensing unit.  But I dunno, Nintendo seemed to do a good job with vibration and motion sensing in their controller.
