At last month's meeting, Wes expressed interest in holding an Annual Tech day before one of our Thursday night meets. The purpose of the poll is to collectively decide what week we should ask Wes if he would be able and willing to make it, and of course is not in any way a binding promise that Wes can or will accept that specific date. I will discuss the date with Wes at the Monthly meet if we reach a consensus.
