Spawn is from Hell, and Batman is some rich snob who can afford anything he wants. Spawn banishes people to the depths of Hell to burn forever whereas Batman puts them in some lame Gotham prison that they escape from in a week...lol...i cant believe we are having this discussion, we're all nerds...
