Cody is right. We did Sue's '02 WRX tranny Sat. PM with Lightweight shockproof and it was like night and day. No clinking, just goes in all the way to 20+... Took 30 minutes.

Go to Summit, buy fluid. It is on the back side of the first or maybe second rack as you walk in the door to the left. You need 3.7 Quarts. You also need a long bendy funnel or bottle pump to get teh fluid into the dip stick hole under the intercooler.

Make sure tranny is warm. You just got back from Summit, right?
Ramp or jack the front end up.(Use stands if jacking) Jack the rear up at the diff to make the car flat.
21mm socket on a 2' breaker bar + extension to break the plug loose.

Rags, socket extension, etc. to protect your hand to undo nut & copper washer and not drop it into the drain bucket you are using.

Let it drain while you clean the metal shavings off the magnet in the plug, open the bottles, put the funnel in place, . etc. If the turbo is still hot, Put a rag or two over it to keep from melting the funnel.

PUT THE PLUG BACK IN!!!

Put about 3.5 bottles in. Put the car on the ground, dipstick in and go drive it for a while.

Come back let it sit a few minutes and check the level. Top off if needed. By the third -5th shift, it should be a different tranny.
