That's badass, man - and actually it probably will make the car go faster, cause usually good aftermarket seats like Sparcos are lighter than the OEM seats. You should weigh the OEM's and the new ones to compare them. |
True, but the WRX seats are mostly foam just like the Sparcos... not like the Lazy Boy recliners in your Mustang. Where'll they'll really make him faster is by giving him a nice tight seat during AutoX.
Tyson, before next season pick up a Schroth harness and pads, so you can really cinch yourself into that seat. It helps you a lot to not have to "hang on" to the inside of the car while bombing around the course!
