man, that's gonna be a hard find. There were no cars in the US with that hood of course, and I doubt Subaru makes 'em anymore even in Japan! If Japan Parts can't get 'em, then you might be S.O.L. unless you know someone that lives over there.
Try asking around on NASIOC, there's people on there that live in Japan that might be able to help out. Especially hit up 93WRXInJapan (i think that's his handle).
