Did he? Man, and I even read the thread twice. I didn't see it in the title of his reply. . . my eyesight must be going now that I'm approaching my 30s.
Anyhoo, I concur with bruspeed. NA mods give only small gains, so the best investments will first be on handling improvements.
And I don't really mean investment. . . I just couldn't think of a better word. Like Mike K warned me before I purchased my coilovers:
