I think tha is relative humidity, even though they don't say so. So I'm not sure how much water that is, but it is some, and every time you open the bottle, more moisture gets in to be sucked into the fluid...

I won't use an open bottle of fluid for anything but the F150 clutch that has a leaking slave cylinder that is impossible to get to...
