The RS seats are the black and dark grey checkered. No major staining that I'm aware of, but I'll check. I think I've taken the seatbelt bits off of the fronts, along with a few of the bolts for the rails.
Both of those parts can be used off of your cars' stock stuff for them. Not sure if you want rails or not, but they're on there/around.
The rear seat has a small puncture/tear to the leather that faces the front seats, but it's not all that obvious unless you're doing something in the footwells back there.
