You break your clips and buy new ones. Here's a good source.

Meets? We have meets?

I've removed my door panels a million times, haven't broken a clip yet. Just make sure all the screws are removed first, then just pull on the panel at a corner. It'll just pop off without too much force.

Me too:

1. remove plastic screw at side of door
2. pry plastic tab up at armrest, and unscrew to remove plastic pocket
3. remove screw underneath the plastic pocket
4. start prying the door from the bottom slowly and the plugs should pop. Make sure the plugs pop out with the door panel. If they don't, slide them out and place them in the panel before reinstalling.
5. reverse for reinstalling.
