Default Need paint help

My roommate let me drive his STi to work yesterday. I slid into a snow bank and need to buy him a new bumper cover. Im going to get him a brand new one, buy the paint and paint it myself. But I have no where to do it or the tools to do it with. Can anyone help me out? I'll kick down some $/food/drinks. Whatever. Please let me know. I'd prefer to not pay $350 just to get it painted.

Doesn't Subaru sell the bumper covers pre-painted in a few of the colors?

Was it a silver STI with licence plate "MMMRICE"? I saw that bumper cover dangling in the Slide parking lot. Looks like the paint was already pretty bad on it before that though, or did that all happen yesterday.

Paintscratch.com is actually based in Incline and their paints are pretty good. Be prepared to wet sand and compound the clear coat for a looong time though.

They don't come pre-painted. I asked. And, yes. The dangling bumper was me. However the paint job was already pretty bad.
