Hello everyone! As a lot of you know, I work at Mt. Rose. I talked to the marketing manager today about organizing a day when we all could get together and go play in the snow. But here's the deal. In order to get a discount on day passes, there has to be at least 15 people who will need to BUY tickets. Anyone with a Pink Slip is more than welcome, but I have to get at least 15 PAYING customers. If we do it on a non-holiday weekday, tickets will be $47 for a full-day pass (originally $65). However, because I am an employee, she said she would be willing to cut us even more of a deal. So as of right now, I will start a list people can add their names to. Once that list hits 15, I will get a hold of Krista. If you have a pass, and wanted to pay for a lesson, put your name on the list. You are a PAYING customer. When you write down your name, write next to it whether you will need lessons and/or a pass.

JUST FYI, I will be posting this up as well on Flat4. Sorry if any of you have issues with that. If so, don't come.

I wish it was a better deal. If we go on "Two for Tuesday", we can get our tickets for half price, which is a much better deal. Thoughts?

Yeah, but for those of you that want/need lessons, those are discounted also, AND, she said she could get us an even better deal. But before all this happens, I need to see if there is anyone that would do it. Then I'll see what she can do for us. If its not better than the 2-fer, we'll plan for a Tuesday. Other thoughts?

I'd be down (and probably my GF too) but it kinda depends on what day we choose. Unfortunately, I think the rest of December is bad for us, except maybe this weekend (but that may be too soon to get a group together).

The snow's not even close to deep enough yet. It's just bunny slope right now. I'd like to see at least a few feet of base before we go.

Hello Fellas (and Ladies maybe?),
So, by the sounds of, it look like we are going to do the 2-fer Tuesday. Thanks for that reminder Cody, I don't work in tickets. lol Anyways, If you need a pass, find a buddy to bring. As far as bringing someone, BRING WHOEVER YOU WANT! This is not just a club event. I would like to see as many Subies as we can though, so we can get a couple cool group shots with the snow in there. As for the date, obviously it is going to be on a Tuesday. Does the 19th work for most? I'd like to plan as far ahead as possible so that people can give their work a heads up to request that day off. (that's why the Cruise-aru was planned so far in advance, but you guys blew that one.

Its cool, you can come. But I think (if we do it) we're going to pick a weekend. Most everyone has a pass. And if enough alcohol is brought, I might be able to get some people tickets.
