Missouri leading the charge on the "War on Drugs"
Looks like Missouri is trying to get a leg up on drugs, one misdemeanor pot charge at a time. Even if it means 2 young children have to watch the family dogs get shot in their own home in the middle of the night. Congrats on the victory, boys...
