	any 93-01 impreza transmission is legal (and i can swap gears around as long as it came from that model year) not sure it would be cost effective to swap 98-01 gears into a non 98-01 unless i was doing a Final Drive change (would love to be on a 4.444) But if you come across one for sale on some other site, lmk trying to piece together my 2011 crs : pgt car hehe  |

			Yeah, it costs more than twice as much to mod the DOHC heads/cams. SOHC is where it's at. People who tell you otherwise are probably Honda guys, where DOHC is better.

			I wanted to go with a crazy super aggressive upgrade,  i think Tom was talking to someone who both works at a Cam place and Does rally racing,  the guy got really interested and was going to make me a  Custom set that he estimated would add 75 HP (crank) but would require different ignition timing / ecu reprogramming (or stand alone)  
		
		
		
		
		
		
			
		
		
		
		
	Pistons, crank, valve train, cams, everything "internal" is free I'm thinking 2-3K for the motor is what I'm Ok with What do you think is possible (crank hp) with free internals, but a stock ecu?  |
