Default should I buy these wheels?

http://www.norcalmotorsports.org/use...x062704_04.jpg

Secretly I have liked the Actions for a while now. I like the gun-metal, and they are pretty cheap from the guy on i-club. $325 for the set. I really don't like my stockers and I'd rather just buy these get some all seasons for them and sell the stockers.

Or I could save mny money for other stuff.

How many sets of wheels do you have now?

Stockers can always be winter wheels unless you change brakes. Flat black them...

$325 is a good deal if they are in good shape... I like them.

Get some gurentee they are not bent/warped.

I'd vouch for Don (dropkick muppet). I've never met him face to face but I've had some PM discussions with him, and he's close to some other North Bay i-clubbers that I do know personally. He has parted out a ton of stuff off that car in the past week or two, and everybody is happy.

I think you should, but that's just me.

And before anyone starts, I now only have 2 sets of wheels, Gram Lights and Rotas

Those are my favorite Rotas, and that's a steal if they are in good shape.

I think I'll PM him today with an offer.

Then I'll see about how to go get them?!

AS for for winter wheels, I'm pretty confident an all saeson tire can do it for me. Eventually I'll buy some summer wheels also. My gold wheels will just do auto-x and track. If I get these I can keep the heat cycling and miles off the other tires.

ScottyS you still want to buy my stockers. They have lots of tread left and they are in excellent shape.

And Dean you are right I don't have a HUGE problem with the stockers but I will be changing my brakes, and since these fit the "small" Stoptechs that's a big selling point.

Well I found out today that my roommate is moving out b/c he bought a house.

He kindly didn't tell us he was even looking, so he suprised us with the "I'm moving out in 30 days deal."

So it looks like my rent will go up yet again so I may not be able to by these. As now it's only me and my brother paying the mortgage, argh!

The guy has not replyed to my PM yet either.

damn it, Life!

Yah, OK. I'll let you know if I end up buying a set in Sac or something. Kinda sucks, those unanticipated rent increases & stuff.
