If it's FIA approved it's also good for Time Trials/Club Racing.

You cannot change the seat in stock so you have to move up if you are in stock class. But it sure a nice seat.

I don't know the Bride lineup, but the biggest reason you don't see a lot of them in US/european motorsports is because lots of Bride seats *don't* carry those certs. I'd carefully double check the specifics on this seat before recommending it for competition outside of autocross.

About $500 cheaper than that same 2.5 block w/ STi heads. Plus it will work w/o an STi ECU and wiring harness.

Less power, it just costs less and works w/o changing the wiring harness and ECU in a WRX to support the STi's AVCS heads.

Why would you want to delete the variable valve timing?

Uh.... what?

I can't tell if you're kidding... just in case you're not... don't "delete" the AVCS. It's important and useful.

And as far as TGV deletes... you know you should re-tune the car after the doing the delete, right?

Like Scott is saying, the Hybrid engines are strictly something for EJ20 cars. It's not a real good solution, but it does give more power than the 2.0 liter in a car that's otherwise all EJ205. The only really good reason to do it though is because you spun a bearing or killed a cylinder in your EJ205 shortblock, because it causes some other issues that aren't all that pleasant to deal with.

sweet thread jack.. im trying to sell a seat, not chat about what heads to buy or build. and as far as the seat i said it would be good for someone who auto-x's because of the support and side bolsters. maybe someone who wants a better look to their interior and gets some functionality from the seat.
