Default Tire shaving

I've heard sperry mention that there is a shop local to you guys that does this. How much for two tires? I ask because 2 of my old 16" S03s still have about 3/16" usable tread left, and they would make it a good portion of the way through the season if I bought 2 more and shaved them to match. I ruined two of them by running with front toe-in for 15,000 miles.
