I am going to install a high flow cat in my exhaust tonight or tomorrow and I would really be interested to see the change in decibels. I have a few questions.
Does anyone have a db meter that I could borrow? Does it matter where I install the cat as long as its before the sensor in the DP? I figured I would stick it wherever it would fit.

It has to be in between the two O2 sensors. Other than that, wherever it fits.
