Default Veteran's Parkway to South Meadows now open

May not mean much to most of you, but its been slow here and this kinda has me all tingly inside.

Also, Mets suck, Yankees suck, Jets suck.

Doesn't seem like its going to make my morning commute significantly shorter, though it will now have less people (until it gets popular).

I think that took like 50% longer than the Double-R route.

I think it means when there are more people living in the south where all the developments are then traffic won't be quite so ass.

I used it when going to home depot yesterday. It was a whole 2 minutes faster than if I would have gone toward the freeway and hit double R and gone over that way. I am probably one of the few people it would benefit, being that I live at the north end of Wilber May.

I was having a lot of fun driving down it at 80... I suggest going soon before the police start hanging out there.

I doubt the police would bother hanging out there if no one was driving at 80 mph.

but an empty stretch of road is just far too tempting to go only 45 down.
