I believe only the EJ22T block came w/ squirters. I've never heard of someone making aftermarket ones, or retrofitting the EJ22T squirters to another block... having never seen how they work, I don't even know it that would be possible.

The squirters, plus the closed deck, is why many people still like the old legacy blocks for big horsepower builds instead of the STi block... but since you can get 800+ hp out of an EJ257 w/o having to close the deck and add squirter, I don't know why you'd bother with something crazy like trying to add squirters to an STi block.

Do you already have an EJ22T block? You should already have the oil squirters in there.

I didn't think they came out! I thought they were just an oil passage in the block that allows the crank to throw oil on the back of the pistons...

Ouch. I am still hoping my other block is salvageable, so I need to keep that set......

Are you putting this in a Bugeye? Sounds cool.

Probably in the neighborhood of "complete EJ257 swap" since he has one engine in his car and another that hes holding on to as a spare/future swap to one of his other Subies.

But to actually be helpful, there is a kid on i-club selling a complete turbo Leg parts car for $600. Could make some good money out of it if you had the time to part it out.
