hey guys my friend is trying to sell me his evo 8 seats does anybody know what it takes to put those in a 04 sti? the evo seats dont have airbags is that a big problem? am not the smartest when it comes to interior so any help would be useful.

You'll probably need some Recaro, Sparco, or other aftermarket brand sliders and Subaru-specific brackets. You'll also need some resistors to go in the air-bag connectors to turn off the Air Bag light on the dash, but I don't know was Ohms rating you'll need.
I'd search on NASIOC, I have to imagine all the details are there since this is not an unpopular swap.

I remember that I bought resistors from radio shack and had to use 2 resistors in each plug. I think they came in a pack of 8 or 10.
