No, the fundamental thing is that Mosley's douchebaggery has permanently linked his name to news stories about said douchebaggery.
ProTip: if you don't want Google to return hits linking you to Nazi orgies, don't host Nazi orgies. Fucking idiot. The best part is, google is indexing all the stories about the lawsuit, making I even more certain searching for his name will turn up more links to the orgy story.
