That's a photochop. By Blackbeastie on NASIOC. He did like 30 different chops of that car... the Dukes of Hazard one rules (too bad I can't find it...)

so is that really seriously a cop car? I've heard people saying it was only for a shoot, but that arrest pic looks pretty real.

It belongs to a State Trooper is what I've heard from several people in CO. Used for publicity stuff (like those pics) but not for patrol.
