My pal Xbox360 and I are going to enjoy some Crackdown tonight, and perhaps some Jack.

Ouch. I haven't really had a problem with leveling, but I usually pick more combat skills to fill up my primaries, due to the way I tend to play. IIRC, I went with Blade, Athletics, Light Armor, Stealth, and Marksmanship.

As far as the story goes, I enjoyed it, but I did like Knights of the Nine better than the main quest. I suppose that says something.

I just downloaded SimBin's "Race" (WTCC Simulator) off Steam. It's cool, but seems to lack polish compared to their other offerings... I can't put my finger on it, but something's just kinda meh about it. Not very many cars, nor tracks. But at least the driving is fun and the framerate is great even on my old-ish system. If the online is stable, then it may have some redeeming value... plus it's got Mini Cup cars that are a blast to toss around.

That's the point of the joke.

Bundling a Halo 3 beta will probably sell more copies of Crackdown would on its own merits (or so the joke goes).

I have to disagree, I was not impressed with Crackdown. It just doesn't feel next gen, I played it for maybe 1/2 an hour, and I don't feel the need to ever play it again.

I played the F1 PS3 demo this weekend. It looks good, but it's nothin special. No damage which is lame, but maybe that's just the demo. Motorstorm is freakin awesome. It's really the only game so far that makes me want a PS.

The demo movie certainly showed damage... like explosive carbon fiber everywhere type damage.

^^^Fixed that. I'm kinda bummed two of my friends and I beat God of War II last night. It was epic but now I have to wait a year or two for the Third and final one to come out.
