A little anti-seize will fix that.

+1 Nothing that's under your car year around is going to remain corrosion free. It has to be replaced every few years, or removed, cleaned, and coated with anti-seize on a regular basis.

So I'm thinking the original com c route might be better for me - too many daily miles for NVH of camber plates. Anyone want to trade the PDE plates for WL Com Cs?

I wouldn't be worried - if you get an alignment at least once a year, lube em up with anitiseize and you should be good. Considering the beating my dad puts on his cars (the wrangler and truck), and considering everthings lubes with anitiseize and easy to loosen/adjust, you'll be good. At least we're not out east with the straight salt hey put down.

Actually, it's kinda funny: until I pulled and resealed the motor on the SVX, it had a nice slow leak from the valve covers that did a fantastic job of keeping the front suspension nice and coated with a protective/lubricating layer of sludge. Now that the leak is gone and the front knuckles have been replaced, I'm probably going to have a corrosion problem!
