Stock is 20mm no? So this would be stock and a bit harder? If so, I want.

Yep, it's basically stock, or slightly stiffer, based on the setting. You got dibs!

cool I have a 20mm rear now, so this should match it a bit better. I really want something bigger but the wife already thinks my stock suspension is too rough!

sperry, my e-brake hardly works anymore, and I think it's because the shoes are worn. If you have a decent set, let me know how much you'd like for them. Thanks!

I don't think I have a spare set of shoes, unless I yank them out of the spare WRX rear hubs I've got that I'm keeping together to sell as a complete pair.

Plus, it's extremely unlikely that you've worn out your shoes unless you've been e-brake turning the car 5 times a day for months on end. Chances are, you just need to adjust the tension on the handle cable. Have you done that?

Alex and I just tightened up my E-Brake handle but we did it by adjusting the star inside the drum. Just pop off the rotors and spin the star thingy until you almost can't get the rotors back on, but they still spin freely. I'm sure adjusting it at the handle works just as well, but that's the alternative if you're in there already for something else.

Rear subie discs have drums inside of them that are adjustable from inside the assembly, or just tighten the cable on the ebrake , but you probably knew all that.

Hey do you still have the Knuckles? any clue if they are the same part for older Ls? (base's if fwd)
do you still have that front sway? my buddy buys any and every bolt on part that's under a few hundred so he will probably jump on that if you still have it

Actually, the front swaybar was sold last weekend to SteveM.

Van has dibs on the rear brakes/knuckles. As for the front ones, I'm not sure what they work on. They're WRX knuckles, so likely the only thing you have to make sure of is that the axles and ABS sensors match up... I don't know that much else has changed over the years.

half shafts match up . any halfshaft from 93 Impreza - 07 non STI , will have matching splines for the Spindle assesmbly.

On the 93 FWD impreza you will find that the half shafts won't mate to your transmission.
But on the 94 FWD manual you may use Any impreza half shaft (excluding 93)

I'm 80% certain all of the legacy front half shafts are interchangable too.

I'm just wondering about tire rod attatchment points being the same. (and maybe strut attatchment points too)

the ABS disc section of a knuckle off a 95 Imp wouldn't fit under my 13" rims, so i broke it off and it fits fine. (had to use a different junk yard knuckle a while back)

Those freebie? i'm trying to build up my rally car Spare Parts collection (although i happen to have either a bad wheel bearing or ball joint right now)
if not, trade for lunch?

According to www.car-part.com, junk yard prices look to be around $50 each for the hub w/ knuckle with who knows how much mileage on 'em.

So how about $40 for the pair, since they had brand new bearings with RedLine grease put in 'em <1000 miles before they came off my car for the STi hub conversion?

Yeah i think carson pick and pull sold me some for $45 a knuckle
So definitely a Deal for $40

Maybe next Seccs car club meet? I'll try to bring the rally beast, the starter isn't starting the car anymore, it passed Kragens test, started my car twice more, and stop starting my car.

Hopefully the starter out of Kevins spare 1.8L works well

I haven't been making the meets lately due to work (and I certainly won't be there this week because of Thanksgiving), so it might be better just to try to meet up on the weekend some time (though I'm not sure when I'll be around this weekend due to the holiday).
