Default Falken Azenis ST115

Hey I'm gonna be buying new tires soon, this is what it came down to, just wondering if anyone knew of any places to get good deals, besides going down to America's Tire Co. or Les Schwab. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I used to buy all my Falkens from Discount Tire Direct back when they were still local to Reno. Since they moved to Vegas, you have to pay shipping now, but it's still not too bad of a deal.

Also check edgeracing.com, they've got some good prices right now.

America's Tire is the same company as Discount Tire, so if you can get them to match their internet price then you wouldn't have to pay shipping. Edgeracing usually has slightly better prices, but they are in Florida so the shipping gets you. Onlinetires.com also carries Falken and they are in SoCal, so shipping should be cheaper.

The Sears tire center can order them in for you. That's were I bought my RT-615's.

What do they charge for 615's at Sears? I imagine you put them on the Evo?

If memory serves me correctly it was $670 something, maybe more, for 4 tires, installation, and road hazard plan. What size do you want? I might be selling the ones I have, they only have maybe 300 miles on them cause I switched out to my winter tires right after I bought them and I'm probably going to be plus sizing to a new set of wheels before summer so they won't work for me if I do. Mine are 245/45/17's.

I think the width is OK for '05 + STI's, but the profile is too tall.

STi's have more fender room than WRX's?

Actually, I think any '05+ WRX or STI has more room strut to fender than the 02-04. Mostly from the suspension change, not the fenders I beleive.

05 STis have 8" wide rims, 04s have 7.5" wide rims. The fenders are a little wider to compensate.

The caveat is that the '05 rear fenders can't be easily rolled for more clearance, since they're plastic.
