This is an offshoot of one of their or the History channel's shows on the history of the ice roads I watched a while back. Very interesting stuff. Some of the physics of the ice and the water under it as you drive over it is pretty cool especially as you approach the "beach".

Yeah, that documentary a few years ago seems to have spawned a huge following, should be a great show.
