This is going to take crackerjack timing...
Default Where can I have engine and tranny checked out?

Ok, I have most of my driveline parts to install in my Impreza (before anything blows up). I have my EJ25 DOHC engine (used), my extra 5MT tranny (also used)...both loose and sitting in my yard (still have to go to Sac to pick up a 3.90 LSD rear diff). Is there a place (or someone) I can take them to BEFORE I install them just to double-check and make sure that they are mechanically sound? I don't have the tools here to do compression tests, etc, or to see if the tranny is any good while they are still out of the car....any recommendations?
