Live action and original cast may make this one half decent no matter how corny.

Prequel.

With Chargers (don't ask).

Between 2 and 3, basically.

That's not very fair. If they release this, where will all other movies find any Win and Awesome?

How could it be between 2 and 3 though.. I don't understand how that makes sense.

And wasn't 4 also sometime between 2 and 3? Han made a short cameo at the beginning of that one too.

Also, lol at the fact we are arguing continuity of the F&F franchise

So... it's a time traveling Fast & Furious? How else did they get 2011 Mustangs and 2008 GTRs into a movie that's supposed to be a prequel taking place around 2003/2004?

Your arguments are invalid. That's Han's twin brother San. The Rock brings the same level of intensity to all his movies so this will be a great action adventure for all ages between 16 and 23. Not Ong Bak great, but Crank 2 great.

Trivia or tire geek quiz... What tires are on the front of the car on the freeze frame of the trailer. Can you identify them by tread alone? I was 90% sure.

Anybody else see this?

It was actually pretty good summer action flick.

live action stunts way better than all the CGI crap.

In some ways it reminded me of Oceans Eleven only with cars and guns.

Saw it a while ago, thought it was a cool flick. Good action movie. Definitely made up for the abortion on film that was 2 Fast 2 Furious.

While my wife and I are not F&F fans we enjoyed this film. We especially liked the "stare-downs" much like the old spaghetti westerns. The action/stunts were well done and the film moved along at an entertaining pace. Maybe not two thumbs up but definately worth seeing on the big screen.
