Default Spark Plug Question?

I need to change my spark plugs and found a good thread on scoobymods on how to do it. I am running a stage 2 custom AP map with headers, ic hoses, and turbo inlet hose. My question is should I use one step colder plugs? or should i stick with standard plugs?

If your car was tuned for colder plugs, then you should run them. If not, they run the risk of fouling (especially if you're driving around town w/o really getting on it).

My car was tuned with the stock spark plugs. I don't race, but still like to have fun driven to alpine. I am guessing that i should stick with the stock setting.
