Default Sti ra spec c

A homey on I-club is trying to dump off his ver.7 sti ra spec c takeoffs, what is the difference between those and regular ver.7 takeoffs? (Also, are they the same as ver.8?) I did a google search and I found very little about the actual bound/rebound of the struts, and he posted that the springs are like 217/190 or something, and that (According to ravensblade.com) is lower than the jdm pinks, which kinda doesn't sound right to me?? Any help would be great! Thanks!

Chris.

I wonder if they are the adjustable ones? There are some 4-way adjustable/dampening shocks that STi makes.

Wheres the link Chris?

They are non adjustable, and from what I've been reading v8 > v7, so I may just go that route. But they are spec c. So???

They're cheap and if the guy is being honest reasonably low miles.

But speaking of adjustable.....

I kinda like that injen exhaust that guy is selling.

Yah I go to that jdm site quite a bit, But I have seen people on nabisco and i-club claim they have bought stuff from them all the time so you never know. Of course if everyone is using your theory on buying stuff from jdmparts alternately you should try to buy them.

Its not that bad. I was asking them about suspension stuffs, they have alot of stuff coming in all the time. Plus you can even request something specific if you want.

As for the Spec C RA v7, ya its like 219/190, not as high as the JDM pinks, but you can get the whole RA suspension for what, $650 from them, while the JDM pinks alone are $350...

Since you have an 05, you better make sure which suspensions you can actually use.

From What i gather, it's all the same, short of the sti suspension, which changed in 05, other than that it's supposed to fit like a glove. So after all is said and done for about the same price I can go with the v7 spec c stuff, or v8 sti struts and tanabe gf springs for around the same price, what do you guys think? I'm not really worried about ride, I just want it to stick like stink on shit (without breaking the bank on coilovers....yet).
