Question trunk swapping ?

The question is can an 02 lid be swapped with an 04-05 sti lid, even though there is a difference in the tail lights w/ the addition of the circle?

I think the answer is yes, teh little circle only changes the bumper but not the trunk lid. Can someone please verify this for me?

The answer is yes.

Pete here has a bugeye with an STi trunk/wing on it.

If you find a desperate STi owner you may get an equitable deal.

I've seen trunklids go as high as $500- with the money going both with and for the STi trunklid.

I sold my STI trunk/wing to a bugeye. It works fine.

Heehee Aaron took care of me. Give me a couple of days to mull it over. I'm wondering if I'll miss my big sexy wing. I really like to hug it.

Sorry for the confusion, I called maita and they said no, and I didn't know anyone that had personally done it.

I've got an STi wing on my bugeye. Just remember to swap the trunk springs. Mine barely stays open.
