Car: 2005 2.5 rs cgm
Class: TDSP
Default STI GDB struts, Tanabe gf210 springs

Hey guys, Long time. It's finally happened, the RS is back to stock and I want to unload the suspension parts.

I bought all of these parts gently used, And have put about 25k miles on them since. I believe the struts already had about 20k +- on them, I'm not sure about the springs.

So,

STI GDB struts- Has the STI strut clunk. Whatever.
And A POS Whiteline front strut tower brace.

There would be pics, But my wife just drove off with them in the trunk. But I could get them today if someone was interested.

As for price, Shoot me an offer. All the parts have around 50k miles on them and I'm not too sure what the stuff is worth any more. KevinM can probably attest to the positive qualities of this setup, was pretty quick for autocross, and very docile on the street. With the sway bar set to "kill" there was some definite off throttle OVER steer, and on throttle was very neutral handling.

Thanks for looking! Chris.

I can attest, it was a very good setup in this car. About as good as can be asked for with just struts and springs, outside of maybe the RCE/Ohlins combo. GLWS! Will you be selling the RS too?

Grab it all, man. I only ditched the STi setup on my SG because of ride quality complaints with my wife in the car. Actually, she didn't care for it either. But it looked AWESOME at that ride height.

<<< Has wife and baby, so I think the springs/STI struts will be too low and harsh. I have a set of wagon springs, so I was planning on getting some non-STI sedan struts to keep things more comfortable.

How are these springs in comparison to stock sti springs, will they be a little firmer? Are they lower than the sti's as well? Thanks!

Spring: Rate (F,R, lb/min): Drop(F,R,mm):

Stock 224F/194R 0F/0R

STi Pinks 257F/217R -20F/-20R

Tanabe GF210 324F/246R -25F/-13R
It's about 1.3" front 1.0" rear lower than stock STi springs. And 1000000000" lower than stock Impreza Non STI springs.

Although, these springs are progressive and actually ride better than stock STI springs in my opinion.
