Some highlights:

SECCS invades canada for F1. At the end of this trip IIRC Dayna picked me up at the airport, I think we had been dating 1 month at the time and in August of this year she became my wife

The original SKIJMPN at the RFR track day:

Someone partied a little too hard in Reno:

Other notables:
Turning 21 with you knuckleheads
Switzerland is not in Europe
Sunsplash go carts

Been a great 10 years (8 for me) lets keep it up!

The history here is pretty awesome. And the "community" within the Subaru community, regardless of how many ways it's split, is better than I've seen from within any other niche - if there was the same sort of community vibe and support within the air-cooled VW world I likely would have never left.

Happy anniversary!

Actually, if we never did anything but go to SunSplash, we'd still be able to justify the nostalgia kick we're on. Good times.

The 2 best memories from Sun Splash for me: the baggie of cooking oil on the track for drifting, and the teenage girl that crashed her go-kart because she was driving and talking on her cell phone.

The worst memory... that time Kevin turned my kart off on track so I had to sit there for 20 minutes until the staff came and scolded me while restarting it. Like it was *my* fault Kevin reached out and turned it off.

I have only been a member since I got my Legacy in 2006, and have yet to make it to a meet.

I will blame the first four years of not making it on my living in Gardnerville and blame the last two since I moved back to Reno on being a lazy ass.

Having 4 kids that take the majority of my time up with activites does not help either.

Any way, congrats on having the site up and running for over 10 years now. In this day and age of here today, gone 10 seconds later, having staying power for 10 plus years is amazing!

Bah you ricers and all your "racing." We all know that SECCS' greatest contribution to the Subaru community was proving that you could put 18s on a GC.

...as long as you didn't want to ever turn. Or drive over bumps.
