Car: 04 STI Blue / Gold
Default Legacy GT

Dilemma...
I have an 04 STI, and just love it. My problem is my two boys are growing very rapidly 1 is 15, 6'1", 200 lbs, the other is 12, 5'10", 180 lbs.
Needless to say, whenever the 3 of us go anywhere, its a fistfight as to who has to sit in the back.
The Legacy would solve my problem space-wise, but I'd like to know comments from others who have a Legacy GT, and what they think of it in the long term.
Also, I've heard rumors of a twin turbo H6 Legacy STI being in the works, does anyone know anything definitive about this?
Thanks

Yup, there seems to be a fairly high concentration of STI's in Minden/Gardnerville
Blue/Silver parked by the Minden post office, another Blue/Gold running around, a white one, a CGM with a guy who always wears a white hat, and that's just been in the last week or so.

Thats probably the old guy. He lives someplace down by Minden Park, I think. Mine is Silver on Silver with the seccs.org sticker in the back windows. Do you work at the County buildings? Because thats the only 04 Blue STi that I know of in Minden.

I live and work in the Johnson Lane area. I've seen a white STI going up and down Johnson a few times.
I took the big wing off mine, put on a regular WRX wing, plus 18" D5R bronze Speed Star wheels, Defi gauges, Cobb DP, Accessport stage 2, Full Kartboy SS, plus all the related bushings.
I'm afraid a Legacy will seem too cushy.

It will, one of the first things I noticed when I drove one was how soft it was. It's nothing mods can't fix though. My parents have a non-turbo legacy, it's still a fun car and handles pretty decent.

its a great car, but if Leg room is your issue, make sure to check out the back seat. While it is infinitely larger then an Impreza, the Legacy GT doesn't has a whole lot of room back there.

It is a great car, and with the right suspension mods, it'll handle great. It certainly feels soft stock, but that can always be fixed.
