Default Cobb gets bashed in person!!!!

I went out RMR (rocky mountain raceway) and there was a guy with a Cobb stage 3 block, APS SR50 turbo, APS tranny, AccessECU, Cusco headers, PDE uppipe, PDE downpipe, AVO catback, AVO topmount and BOV, and lots of other stuff with lots of Cobb dyno time. The guy only ran a 13.5 I was like WTF no way so I think that meens I wont be going to Cobb.

1) 13.5 is pretty godamn fast.
2) Dyno time = big dyno readings... drag time = fast drag slips... sounds like they need to tune that beast on the strip for the strip if that's their goal.
3) There is no 3
4) The driver could suck... how many times hafve we seen totally hooked up cars get owned by Miata's and the like at the autocross?
5) I wouldn't write off Cobb due to one dude's timeslip

Well, I just looked it up, RMR's altitude is 4200ft.. about the same as Reno. I'd guess that Phil's car would run a 13.XXX second 1/4 mile in Reno. Alititude has a HUGE effect on power.
