have fun
Default possible build up thread

Hey fellow seccs members i wanted to get some feedback from any members who come across this thread. I am doing a full sti swapped 03 sti. "full" meaning drivetrain, wiring harness, ecu, interior, exterior, suspension an whatever else you might be able to think of. I would like to do a build up or swapp thread for some who might find it interesting. If you guys(and girls) would find something like this fun to look at please just give me a thumbs up or down. I dont want to take all this time to document and write about it if noone cares for it. I have done build ups in the past on other sites but i think it would be awsome to do on a local level. let me know. thanks

I think plenty of people will be interested in seeing something like this.

Having gone through this swap myself (and not taking pictures because a lot of the work was done at a shop) I know there are a lot of little things different between the cars, and it'd be awesome to have pictures of all the major components going in and out of the car, since they make for great references between the different parts in the STi vs. the WRX.

Put something up in the tech forum and document as you go!

I wish I would have had an 07 sti swap into an 02 writeup, it would have been a lifesaver. I say do it.

Mods: Remove the word "possible" from the thread title and move this to technical discussion now!
